Our Kampala, Uganda Program

Our Kampala program currently aids 120 students annually and has impacted over 300 children since inception. We offer community and high performance tennis, STEM, meal assistance, tuition assistance, legal education, female mentorship, and bi-monthly tournaments.

Welcome to Uganda

Uganda's poverty estimate data is based on a US figure of $0.88 per person per day as the national poverty line. The World Bank names it as one of the poorest countries in the world. All of our participants are living below the poverty line.

We work in a slum community of Kampala (the capital of Uganda) called Acholi Quarters. Acholi Quarters is one of the largest slum communities in Uganda, holding approximately 10,000 people, primarily refugees of civil war from the Acholi Tribe of Northern Uganda.

Our programs assist children 4 to 16 years old, building self esteem, physical and athletic skills, and developing professional skills that accelerate and support our participants in becoming successful members of society.

Our current program slate:

Community Tennis - 120 participants 3x week
